RULES OF THE EQUESTRIAN CLUB

We strive to create a safe, comfortable, and professional environment for all club guests—both beginners and experienced riders. Please read the rules carefully before beginning your lessons.
GENERAL RULES FOR STAYING AT THE EQUESTRIAN CLUB
  • Visiting the equestrian club is only permitted if you are sober. Persons under the influence of alcohol or drugs are not allowed to participate in classes.
  • On the club's premises, it is necessary to maintain order, respect other visitors and staff, and treat animals with care.
  • Children under 14 years of age may only be present on the club premises when accompanied by adults.
  • Visitors are financially responsible for any damage caused to the club's property.
FORBIDDEN!
Feeding horses without the instructor's permission;
Entering the stables and stalls without being accompanied by a staff member; Frightening animals, screaming loudly, or running near horses;
Approaching a horse from behind or touching it abruptly.
EQUIPMENT REQUIREMENTS
To ensure safety during classes, the following is mandatory:
  • Comfortable sportswear that does not restrict movement;
  • Closed shoes with a small heel (or specialized riding boots);
  • Protective helmet (provided by the club or you can use your own).
  • Avoid wearing long jewelry, scarves, or loose clothing.
  • Additionally recommended: riding gloves;
The club administration reserves the right to refuse access to a client if their equipment does not meet safety requirements.
RULES FOR CONDUCTING CLASSES
  • Classes are held strictly by prior appointment.
  • You must arrive 10-15 minutes before the start of the class.
  • Being more than 15 minutes late may result in the lesson being shortened or cancelled without compensation.
  • During the lesson, you must strictly follow the instructor's instructions.
  • Independent driving without the instructor's permission is prohibited.
PURCHASE OF MEMBERSHIPS
  • Membership cards are purchased for a certain number of classes and have a limited validity period.
  • Payment for a membership card means agreement with the club rules.
  • Membership cards are personal and cannot be transferred to third parties (unless otherwise agreed with the administration).
The subscription period is fixed from the date of the first lesson.
Subscriptions are not extended without a valid reason..
CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULE OF CLASSES
  • Cancellation or rescheduling of a lesson is possible no later than 12 hours in advance.
  • If you do not cancel on time, the lesson is considered completed and is deducted from your membership card.
  • In case of lateness: the lesson time will not be extended; the lesson may be shortened.
  • Missed classes without notice will not be compensated.
FREEZING MY SUBSCRIPTION
  • Possible if there are valid reasons (illness, business trip, etc.).
  • Prior notification to the administration is required.
  • The maximum freezing period is 10 days.
  • Retroactive freezing is not possible.
PHOTO AND VIDEO SHOOTING
  • Photography and video recording may be carried out on the club's premises.
  • Visiting the club means consent to the use of materials for advertising purposes.
  • Personal filming is permitted provided safety is observed and no interference occurs to other participants.
SAFETY AND RESPONSIBILITY
Horseback riding carries a certain amount of risk. By purchasing the service, the client understands and accepts these potential risks. Before lessons, the client can sign a participation and safety consent form. The club is not responsible for:
injuries resulting from violation of the rules and loss of personal belongings.
ADDITIONAL TERMS
The club administration reserves the right to:
  • Make changes to the schedule;
  • Replace horses and instructors;
  • Refuse service if the rules are violated.
  • All controversial situations are resolved individually with the administration.
WEATHER CONDITIONS
Horseback riding training is subject to weather conditions. The trainer reserves the right to refuse, reschedule, or even stop a training session due to weather conditions. In this case, the membership lesson will be rescheduled for a more favorable date.
